WHAT WE DO
Mosaic’s Child & Adolescent In-Home Rehabilitation program provides community-based, wrap-around services to help children and adolescents gain the age-appropriate coping skills they need to manage their emotional and behavioral concerns. Activities are geared to the youth’s age, abilities, and interests. Counselors work with the participants on building their self-care, social and independent living skills. They maintain regular contact with the schools attended by the program participants to monitor the participant’s progress and secure additional academic resources if needed. Counselors identify and help engage participants in positive leisure and recreational activities in their communities. Family involvement in the program is considered essential to its success.
