Mental Health First Aid

Be the one to make a difference – become a Mental Health First Aider!

Mental Health First Aid is a public education program introducing the risk factors and warning signs of mental illness. Similar to first aid classes, you will learn how to offer initial help in a mental health crisis, how to offer support to someone who appears to be in emotional distress, and how to connect a person to the appropriate help. Mental Healh First Aid is for everyone!
