Mental Health First Aid

Be the one to make a difference – become a Mental Health First Aider!

Mental Health First Aid is a public education program introducing the risk factors and warning signs of mental illness. Similar to first aid classes, you will learn how to offer initial help in a mental health crisis, how to offer support to someone who appears to be in emotional distress, and how to connect a person to the appropriate help.Mental Healh First Aid is for everyone!

We are also very pleased to offer Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid training.  Youth Mental Health First Aid is great for parents, teachers, peers or anyone who regularly interacts with children aged 12-18. Download our flyer HERE to learn more about Mental Health First Aid.
