Service Coordinator - Timonium, MD

Current Openings:

Mosaic Community Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Mental Health Service Coordinator at the adult residential programs in Timonium full time, Monday - Friday, day shift. Position also available in Catonsville, MD.

Duties:

For an assigned caseload of clients and under general supervision, the Service Coordinator will provide rehabilitative and case management services with the goal of supporting the client’s successful community integration. Complete an initial assessment, develops with the client an individual rehabilitation plan in conjunction with other providers of services and update this plan. Complete required record keeping and provides a safe environment according to the policy and procedures. Drive a company owned vehicle to provide services for the client.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Social Work, psychology, or related discipline, and/or equivalent to in prior work experience.

Skills sufficient to interact effectively with the psychiatrically disabled with the goal of gaining cooperation and meaningful participation.

Ability to work alone or in a group.

Must possess a valid Maryland Driver’s License and have a current driving record with less than (3) points on it at the time of hire. Must possess valid automobile insurance coverage. Work may require the use of your own vehicle.
