On-Call, Mental Health Worker - Catonsville

Mosaic's Adult Medical Day Care in Catonsville has an immediate opening for an On-Call, Residential Rehabilitation Assistant.

Duties:

Provides quality support services to Clients participating in the Residential Program. Responsible for coordination of care for Clients on an as needed basis. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with clients, their families, staff, and internal and external professionals at all times. Instructs, assists, and monitors residents in accordance with rehabilitation plans. Document and report as required in a timely and efficient manner. Assists staff and Clients in providing a safe and therapeutic environment. Manages all aspects of Clients usage of medication in compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Work requires high school diploma.

Job requires related work experience.

Must possess a valid, state issued driver’s license and a driving record with no more than (2) points.

Must have access to your own vehicle and may be required to use own vehicle for work as needed.

Work requires ability to withstand the stress and mental fatigue of working with chronic mentally ill clients.
