Residential Rehabilitation Assistant(s) - Westminster

Current Openings:

Mosaic's Granite House residential program has an immediate opening for Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Assistants for on-call & weekend shifts.

Duties:

Provides quality support services to Clients participating in the Residential Program. Responsible for coordination of care for Clients on an as needed basis. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with clients, their families, staff, and internal and external professionals at all times. Instructs, assists, and monitors residents in accordance with rehabilitation plans. Document and report as required in a timely and efficient manner. Assists staff and Clients in providing a safe and therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

Work requires high school education or higher, and/or 6 months of direct job related experience.

Must possess valid, state issued driver’s license and possess a driving record with less than (3) points on it.

Must have access to your own vehicle and may be required to use own vehicle for work as needed.

Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to establish therapeutic relationships with Clients diagnosed with a mental illness.

Work requires ability to withstand the stress and mental fatigue of working with chronic mentally ill clients.
