Program Director - Outreach Services (Baltimore, MD)

Current Opening:

Mosaic is currently hiring for a full time Program Director- Outreach Services, at North Baltimore Center in Baltimore City.

General Description:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clinical direction and service delivery of the Mobile Treatment and Target Case Management programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Directs the administrative operation of the Mobile Treatment and Target Case Management Programs.

a. Formulates annual program goals and objectives, in compliance with regulatory agencies.

b. Implements and supervises procedures to insure compliance with regulatory agencies, (ex. COMAR, MHP and others as applicable).

c. Insures continuity and quality care in treatment service provided to clients served in the program.

· Provides clinical and administrative supervision of program staff, including evaluating, training and implementing disciplinary action as required.

a. Communicates, interprets and implements agency policies and procedures to staff through individual supervision and regularly scheduled team meetings.

b. Delegates work and case assignments to staff, and monitors for completion.

c. Coducts performance appraisals as scheduled, and develops plans for remediation and training and disciplinary action as required.

Performs service-specific duties as follows:

        a.      Conducts monthly chart reviews to ensure compliance with regulations.
        b.      In conjunction with Outreach Services Director, assists in developing procedures for all     Mobile Treatment and Target Case Management Services.
        c.       Analyzes monthly program data/reports (i.e., admissions, discharges, hospitalizations) in         order to monitor service delivery and productivity.
        d.      Facilitates interdisciplinary communication.
        e.       Provides direct service to clients.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Nursing from an accredited college or university.
Relevant licensing or certification in the discipline of the degree, (ex. LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC)
Five years professional experience in mental health services and three years of which must have been at the managerial and/or supervisory level.
