Current Opening: 

Mosaic has an immediate full time opening for an Executive Administrator.

Duties:

The Executive Administrator is responsible for assigned projects and provides support to the Executive Director.  Duties may include Mosaic Board of Directors support, clerical assistance, special projects and initiatives, correspondence, and other direct job related duties as is assigned. The Executive Administrator helps to research, define, implement and track activities related to assigned projects and company initiatives (Ex. CARF, Certifications, Mergers, Annual Banquet, Board projects, Intranet, Employee or Client satisfaction, etc.) Creates and maintains database, spreadsheet, power point and other related software for the Executive Director or designee. Also, performs complex and confidential administrative duties as is assigned by the Executive Director or designee.

Requirements:

Work requires the ability to read, write, speak English, and to communicate effectively and professionally (both orally and in written formats) with internal and external contacts.

Work requires a minimum of the equivalent of an AA degree with (5+) years of administrative experience at and executive level.  Prior project management experience is preferred but not required.

Must be proficient in the use of personal computers with Windows, Microsoft Office, Intranet systems, Social networking, and other automated office equipment.

Work requires interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, all levels of internal staff, external contacts from the professional community, and outside agencies, and to supervise a small office staff.

Position requires analytical ability sufficient to develop and implement office procedures, prepare reports, monitor compliance with medical records standards and practices, contractual agreements, and compute basic statistics.

Must possess valid driver's license at time of hire with less than (3) points on it at the time of hire.  Must have own vehicle during working hours to use for work related duties.
