Dealing with chronic and severe mental health and/or substance use issues is a life-altering experience. It impacts not only the individuals living with the illness, but also their families and friends. Relationships suffer, financial stability disappears, and lives change.
For thousands of individuals, Mosaic represents the one consistent force in their lives. It is Mosaic that helps them gain insight into their illnesses and helps them with therapy and medication to address their issues. It is Mosaic where they go during they day to learn in a safe, supportive environment how to function in the community. Mosaic is where they get help with their housing needs or assistance in securing employment.
While government support helps cover some services, it doesn’t cover them all. Mosaic needs the support of the community it serves.
How your contribution can help.
A $50 donation will help underwrite a therapy session for an individual without Medicaid or the financial ability to pay for services.
A $100 donation will enable Mosaic staff to take clients shopping to purchase clothing and personal items. Some clients arrive at Mosaic with only the clothing on their backs.
A $250 donation will help furnish a bedroom for a client living in one of Mosaic’s housing programs.
A $500 donation will help cover the cost of emergency care for clients who don’t have insurance to cover co-pays for medication, emergency dental visits, or other immediate needs that may arise.
A $1,000 donation will provide numerous recreational opportunities for Mosaic clients who cannot afford to go to a ball game, see a movie, or take a day trip.
YOUR DONATION to MOSAIC
You can designate your gift for a specific purpose, or allow us to use it where the need is greatest. All donations to Mosaic are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. You will receive written acknowledgement of your gift. While Mosaic cannot place a value on in-kind, non-monetary gifts, a description of your gift will be included in your acknowledgment letter.

You might also consider a gift to Mosaic to remember a loved one, or to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or graduation. The honoree or family will receive a special card from Mosaic announcing the gift and its value to Mosaic clients.
